KATHRYNN PHILLIPPE: Director of Business Operations
A graduate from the Boston University School of Hospitality Management with a degree in finance and marketing, Ms. Kathrynn Phillippe has had experience in the hotel and technology industries. She serves as the Vice-President for Marketing and Operations, with a key role in business management and customer service related to meeting scheduling and arrangements, contracting and billing, and coordination with meeting venues.
Mike Elliott: Event Operations Manager
Mike came to ePosterBoards from GW University in Washington, DC, where he managed facility operations and events for the Athletic Department’s main complex after graduating from GW in 2012. In his career, he has managed over 1500 events of all types, including conferences, receptions, guest speakers, graduation/commencement ceremonies, trade-shows, career and school fairs, comedy shows, concerts, NCAA Div. I intercollegiate competition in multiple sports, and championship tournaments. At ePosterBoards, his role is to manage the operations team responsible for our inventory management, event planning and execution, equipment transportation logistics, and staff recruitment and training.
Edwardo Chacon-Barahona: Event UX Manager
A recent Miamian resident, Edwardo Chacon moved back to Boston and joined the ePosterBoards team as the Event UX Manager. With a background in experiential & brand marketing, Edwardo leads efforts to enhance user engagement thru trendy-tech savvy practices that help facilitate knowledge & experience. When not at an event, Edwardo likes to collect & mix music and travel to foreign destinations.
Kelly Hedgecock: assistant events & marketing manager
Hailing from the West Coast, Kelly is a graduate of California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo where she studied event planning and management. She has experience coordinating and managing a variety of event types in settings such as a yacht club, advertising agency and the famous Madonna Inn hotel. At ePosterboards, Kelly coordinates many crucial event details including event logistics, poster content, and travel arrangements.
Taylor Scheps: assistant events manager
Taylor is one of our assistant event managers. She is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire with a degree in communication. She brings a wide variety of skills from her experience as an event planner for a non-profit to an office coordinator for a tech startup. With a passion for all things event related, you will see her from the planning stage to the event itself. She is here to make sure everything goes off without a hitch!
jenna britt: administrative project coordinator
Jenna grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from the University of Vermont with a Business degree. She moved to Denver following graduation and worked at the top news station, 9News, working as an Inventory Specialist, managing and scheduling television commercials and programs for multiple stations across the country. She then attended Boulder Digital Arts and earned her Certificate in Graphic Design. She moved back to Boston to join the ePosterBoards team and manages the day to day office schedules, paperwork, invoices, and heads up ePosterDesign.
